Dear JCP Students,
Thank you to everyone for a very successful Day 1 of JCP Week!
Your engagement, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout the day were greatly appreciated, and we are looking forward to an equally productive rest of the week.
👕 JCP T-Shirt Collection – Update, Clarification & Apology
We would like to apologise for the challenges experienced during today’s JCP T-shirt collection.
Due to the large turnout, we had to end collection strictly at 14h30, and a number of students who were not scheduled to collect today did so. This, combined with the fact that we have over 600 additional students this year, unfortunately slowed the process more than anticipated.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
📅 T-Shirt Collection Rules (Very Important)
From tomorrow (Tuesday) onwards, the following rules will apply strictly:
- You may collect your JCP T-shirt on your allocated day OR any day after that
- You may NOT collect your T-shirt before your allocated day
- The scanner will reject students who attempt to collect before their scheduled day
- No exceptions will be made
⏰ Tuesday Collection Details (Tomorrow Only)
🕒 Time: 14h30 – 15h30 (1 hour tomorrow only)
Tomorrow, only students allocated to Monday or Tuesday may collect their T-shirts.
➡️ Please join the line normally (the sooner you get there, the sooner you can leave).
➡️ Have your student card ready for scanning.
⚠️ Indemnity Form – Please Double-Check
Before coming to collect your T-shirt, please ensure that:
- You have completed the Indemnity Form
- Your details, especially your student number, were entered correctly
After submission, Google Forms sends a confirmation email.
👉 Please bring this email with you (on your phone is sufficient), in case any verification is required.
Students without a valid indemnity submission will not be able to collect a T-shirt.
Thank you once again for a strong start to JCP Week and for your understanding as we manage a significantly larger cohort this year.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow for Day 2 of JCP Week.
Kind Regards
The JCP Team 🙂
