Please read this announcement carefully, as it contains critical requirements that must be completed before JCP Week.
1️⃣ Indemnity Form – Compulsory for ALL JCP Students
All JCP students must complete the Indemnity Form no later than:
🗓 Sunday, 1 February 2026 at 23h59
OR
⏱ At least 2 hours before collecting your JCP T-shirt

⚠️ Very important – Student Number Format
You must ensure that:
- Your student number is entered correctly
- The correct format is used (exactly as instructed on the form)
❗ Students who enter an incorrect or incorrectly formatted student number may be turned away at the T-shirt collection point, as we will not be able to verify your indemnity on the system at the time.
Please double-check your details before submitting.
2️⃣ Project Selection Form – Deadline Tonight
If you have not yet done so, you must complete the Project Selection Form by:
🗓 Thursday, 29 January 2025 at 23h59 (midnight tonight)
Failure to complete this form by the deadline will result in random project allocation.
3️⃣ JCP Website Access
Please ensure that you have:
- Successfully logged in to the JCP Website
- Set your password and confirmed access
This is essential, as all JCP communication, JCP Week timetables, team information, and mentor details will be available on the website.
